Through 2021, alongside One Voice Media, we worked on two big adult social care recruitment campaigns for Devon County Council. It was at a crucial time as competition for jobs across the region was getting even more fierce, but also an opportunity, with the end of furlough increasing the available job pool.
In creating the ‘hero’ film content for the campaigns our brief was to recruit people in to adult social care. But not just anyone, we needed to find those unique people who have a true gift for caring for people. A rare breed. That connection, that twinkle in the eye, that can simply be the different between life and death.
